The White Label settings in your agency view let you serve the platform from your own domain, such as app.youragency.com, instead of the default HighLevel address. You add the domain, create one DNS record where your domain is hosted, and the login page and app load under your name.

It matters because clients judge you by what they see. A login link on your own domain looks like your software, it is easier to remember, and it reads better in onboarding emails. Your brand shows up every time a client signs in. The custom domain is also the base for the rest of your white-label setup, such as your logo and company name.

One detail makes it work: DNS changes can take time to verify, so finish the setup before you send a client the new link. Use a subdomain rather than your main website domain, so you do not disturb your site or your email. Not every HighLevel plan includes white labeling, so confirm yours does before you plan around it. Once the domain verifies, test the new login link in a private browser window before you share it.

How to use it

  1. Switch to the agency view and open Settings > White Label.
  2. Enter a subdomain you own, such as app.youragency.com.
  3. Add the DNS record HighLevel shows you at your domain provider.
  4. Wait for the domain to verify in the White Label settings.
  5. Open the new login link in a private window and test it.

Who it helps

Agency owners and operators who resell GoHighLevel and want clients to log in under their own brand.
