GoHighLevel Audit and Cleanup

GoHighLevel audit and cleanup for accounts that turned into a rat's nest

Most of the GHL accounts we see were built by a freelancer who left, a team member who guessed, or an agency that promised and never fixed. We audit what is running, tell you plainly what is broken, and fix it for a fixed price.

What a GoHighLevel audit covers: every workflow, trigger, tag, custom field, pipeline, calendar, phone number and integration in the account, documented in one map; a list of what is broken (duplicate texts, reminders firing at the wrong time, tag filters being ignored, sequences that never stop), what is unused and what is risky; then a fixed-price plan to fix, consolidate or rebuild. Yotomations has audited accounts with 160 workflows, 242 tags and six pipelines and returned them to something a team can run.

Full account map

Every workflow, tag, field, pipeline, calendar and number, with what it actually does today rather than what someone thought it did.

Broken-behavior report

Duplicate texts, wrong-number sends, reminders after reschedules, mass sends on republish, tag filters that do not filter. Each one traced to the cause.

Tag and field governance

Three tags for the same thing means workflows do not fire. We consolidate to a fixed tag list and custom fields and document the rules.

Consolidation or rebuild recommendation

Sometimes 160 workflows become 25. Sometimes the right call is a clean sub-account with a controlled migration. We tell you which and why.

Fix sprint

The agreed list of fixes, done at a fixed price, tested with real records, with a Loom walkthrough of each change.

Documentation you keep

A living map of the account so the next person, inside or outside your company, does not have to reverse engineer it.

How we deliver it

Read-only access and a 30-minute call

We look at the account with you and hear what is going wrong from the people who live in it.

Audit (one to two weeks)

Account map, broken-behavior report and recommendation, delivered as a document and a walkthrough.

Fixed-price fix plan

You choose what to fix. We quote the list, not the hours.

Fix sprint and handoff

Fixes shipped, tested and documented. Optional monthly support, never required.

Questions we get about this service

Can you fix a GoHighLevel account another agency or freelancer built?

Yes, and it is most of what this service is. We do not need the original builder. We map what is running, identify what is broken and fix or rebuild only that, so you keep what works.

Why are my GoHighLevel workflows sending duplicate text messages?

Usually one of four causes: two workflows triggering on the same event, a contact re-entering a workflow after a tag change, a paused workflow being republished so everyone in a wait step advances at once, or a Yelp or Facebook conversation being duplicated into SMS. The audit identifies which one and fixes it at the source.

How much does a GoHighLevel audit cost?

The audit is a fixed price quoted after a 30-minute look at the account, scaled to its size. The fix sprint is quoted as a list of fixes, not hours, so there is no endless bill.

Do I have to start over with a new account?

Rarely. A rebuild in a clean sub-account is recommended only when the account is too tangled to trust. Most accounts are consolidated in place.

Will you teach my team as you go, or just fix it?

Both, your choice. Some clients want it done. Others want to sit in the working sessions so they understand the account afterward. We do either, and the documentation is included regardless.

Who does the work and where are you based?

Yotomations is based in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Founder Koby Oranski, a Certified GoHighLevel Admin and Partner, scopes every audit and leads the work with the small team you meet on the first call.
