Questions about this package

How is this different from the Care Plan?

The Care Plan keeps a working account healthy with small changes. The Operations Partner adds new work every month, a named lead and a written roadmap, for businesses that keep building.

Is this a retainer for hours?

No. It is a subscription with defined deliverables. You know what gets built each month because it is agreed in writing on the roadmap call.

What if a month needs more than one sprint?

We quote the extra work as a fixed-price sprint before starting. Nothing is billed by the hour.

Can we cancel?

After the first three months, yes, any month. The documentation and everything we built stay in your account.

Care Plan, Operations Partner or AI Front Desk: which monthly plan do I need?

They do different jobs. The GHL Care Plan ($349 to $1,195 a month, no minimum) keeps a working account healthy: monitoring, monthly checks and a set number of small changes. The GHL Operations Partner ($3,500 a month) adds a named lead and one sprint-sized build every month, for teams that keep building, and already includes everything in the Care Plan. The AI Front Desk management fee ($1,500 a month) covers only the voice agent: reviewing its calls, fixing wrong answers and keeping prices and promotions current. The Operations Partner and the AI Front Desk have a three month minimum because the first months are build and tuning time; the Care Plan has none.
