Who it is for

Businesses that have a working GoHighLevel setup and want it to stay that way without hiring for it. Also the natural follow-on after a sprint or a fix plan. It is optional; nothing we build requires it.

What you get

  • Monitoring of workflows, integrations, calendars and phone numbers, with alerts when something stops firing
  • A2P 10DLC, email deliverability and number health checks every month
  • Change requests: a new automation, a copy change, a calendar, a report, a new lead source (each request is scoped to about two hours of work)
  • GoHighLevel release notes reviewed for you, with a heads-up when a change affects your account
  • Monthly report: what fired, what failed, what changed, and what we recommend
  • Documentation kept current as the account changes

What is not included

  • New integrations or migrations (quoted separately)
  • Yelp Ads management
  • Work beyond the monthly change requests (billed as a scoped sprint, never hourly)

Questions about this package

Is this a retainer?

It is a subscription with defined deliverables, not a retainer for hours. You know what is included, and you can cancel any month.

What counts as a change request?

Anything scoped to about two hours: a new workflow, a copy change across a sequence, a new calendar, a report, a new form. Larger work is quoted as a sprint.

Do you cover more than one location?

Every tier covers one location. Additional locations can be added to any tier for a monthly fee per location, which covers their monitoring and health checks. Change requests are shared across all your locations. Ask us for the price for your setup.

Do I need this after a sprint?

No. Everything we build runs on its own. The plan is for owners who want monitoring and someone to call, and who would rather not think about GoHighLevel release notes.

Care Plan, Operations Partner or AI Front Desk: which monthly plan do I need?

They do different jobs. The GHL Care Plan ($349 to $1,195 a month, no minimum) keeps a working account healthy: monitoring, monthly checks and a set number of small changes. The GHL Operations Partner ($3,500 a month) adds a named lead and one sprint-sized build every month, for teams that keep building, and already includes everything in the Care Plan. The AI Front Desk management fee ($1,500 a month) covers only the voice agent: reviewing its calls, fixing wrong answers and keeping prices and promotions current. The Operations Partner and the AI Front Desk have a three month minimum because the first months are build and tuning time; the Care Plan has none.
