Custom Integrations and Middleware

Custom GoHighLevel integrations for the systems Zapier cannot reach

When GoHighLevel needs to exchange data with a booking platform, an EMR, a billing system or an internal database, we build the integration properly: authenticated webhooks, idempotent processing, retry logic and a middleware layer you own.

Two developers building an integration across multiple monitors
What custom GHL integration work includes: designing the data flow between GoHighLevel and external systems, building webhook receivers that verify signatures and handle retries, writing n8n or Node.js middleware with a Supabase or Postgres store for state and audit logs, mapping and transforming records in both directions, and monitoring the sync once it is live. Yotomations uses n8n, Supabase, Node/TypeScript and the GoHighLevel API v2.

Two-way sync design

Which system owns which field, how conflicts resolve, and what happens when one side is down. Written down before a line of code.

Webhook receivers

Endpoints that verify HMAC signatures, deduplicate events, queue work and respond fast enough to keep the sender happy.

n8n and Node middleware

Flows for transformation and routing, with Node/TypeScript services where n8n is not enough. You own the code and the instance.

Supabase or Postgres state layer

A durable record of every event, mapping table and error so you can audit what happened and replay when needed.

EMR and booking platform connectors

Experience with Zenoti, specialty clinic EMRs and practice management platforms, including obtaining and validating vendor webhook documentation.

Monitoring and alerts

Failure alerts to Slack or email, dashboards for sync health, and runbooks your team can follow.

How we deliver it

Integration discovery

We collect API documentation, webhook events, sample payloads and signing details from every system involved.

Data flow specification

A document showing every event, direction, transformation and failure path. You approve it before build.

Build and sandbox testing

Middleware is built and tested against sandbox or staging accounts with synthetic and real records.

Production rollout

Sync goes live with monitoring, a rollback plan and a support window.

Questions we get about this service

Why build middleware instead of using Zapier or Make?

For simple one-way triggers, Zapier is fine and we will say so. Two-way sync, deduplication, signature verification, replay and high volume are where no-code tools break down or become expensive. That is when we build middleware.

Can you integrate GoHighLevel with Zenoti?

Yes. We have architected a Zenoti to GoHighLevel marketing migration with ongoing two-way sync for a multi-brand, multi-location aesthetics group.

Can you integrate GoHighLevel with our EMR or practice management system?

In most cases. We start by obtaining the vendor's webhook event documentation, sample payloads and signing method. If the vendor exposes those, we can build a compliant receiver and sync.

Who owns the integration code?

You do. It is delivered in your own n8n instance, Supabase project or repository, with documentation.

What does an integration project cost?

It depends on the number of systems and events involved. Simple webhook receivers start as small fixed-scope projects; multi-system two-way syncs are delivered in milestones and quoted after a specification phase.
