Who it is for

Businesses starting fresh: a new company, a new brand or a new location that needs a website on its own domain and wants to text customers from GoHighLevel. Carriers will not approve a texting campaign without a compliant website behind it, so the two are one project. Most people find that out after their first rejection.

What you get

  • Website of up to five pages built in GoHighLevel on your domain (home, services, about, contact and a booking page), with your logo, colors and the copy you supply placed and edited for clarity
  • Domain connected with DNS records set, SSL issued, www and root both resolving, and the site verified live before any registration is filed
  • The pages carriers check for: a privacy policy and terms of service that state how phone numbers are used and that SMS consent is never shared with third parties for marketing, plus a visible SMS consent disclosure on every form

  • More than five pages, a blog, an online store, a course, or funnels for paid advertising (quoted)
  • Carrier and registration fees, which GoHighLevel bills to your account at cost (brand registration, the monthly campaign fee and per-message charges), and your GoHighLevel subscription
  • Carrier review time. We file in the first week and follow up until approved, but the carriers decide how long review takes
  • Contact migration from an old CRM (see the New to GoHighLevel Migration)

We collect your domain login, legal business details, logo, colors and page copy, and agree on the five pages and the texting use case.

Build and connect, week one

The site is built in GoHighLevel, the domain is connected, and the privacy policy, terms and consent language are written for your business and put live.

Register, weeks one to two

Brand and campaign are filed from the live site. If a carrier returns a question we answer it and resubmit, and you are copied on every step.

Number live and handoff

The number is attached to the approved campaign, a live test text goes out, and you get the written handoff and the walkthrough.

Questions about this package

Why do I need a website for A2P 10DLC?

Campaign reviewers look for proof of how people consent to your texts, and that proof has to live on a website tied to your business: a privacy policy that covers phone numbers, terms of service, and the form or page where the opt-in happens. A campaign filed without those, or with a placeholder site, is the most common reason for a rejection.

I already have a domain but no site. Does that work?

Yes. The domain stays at your registrar and we point it at GoHighLevel. If you do not have one yet, we help you buy it on the kickoff call. The domain is yours and is paid to the registrar, not to us.

Can I text before the campaign is approved?

No, and it is worth knowing up front. Messages from an unregistered number are filtered by the carriers, which is why the package puts the site live first and files the registration second. Calls on the number work right away.

What do I need to have ready?

Your legal business name, EIN and address exactly as filed, a domain or the willingness to buy one, a logo, and the words for your services and about pages. Sole proprietors without an EIN can register too, on a lower-volume tier, and we explain what that means on the kickoff call.

What happens if the campaign is rejected?

We read the rejection reason, fix the page or the campaign description it points at, and resubmit. That back and forth is part of the package until the campaign is approved.

I am not on GoHighLevel yet. What do I do?

Add the account setup add-on at checkout. We create your sub-account, set the business profile, time zone, one calendar and one pipeline, and connect the site and the number to it. If you also have contacts in an old CRM, the New to GoHighLevel Migration is the better starting point and includes the A2P filing.

How is this different from the $497 website on an industry snapshot?

The $497 website is a template that comes with an industry snapshot: five pages already laid out for that industry and filled with your logo, colors and copy, while the A2P filing comes with the snapshot's Growth Setup or Autopilot package. This package is for businesses that are not using a snapshot: the site is built around your own services, the privacy policy, terms and consent wording are written for your business, and the brand and campaign registration is handled end to end, including every resubmission. If there is a snapshot for your industry and you are starting fresh, Growth Setup plus the website ($1,494) is usually the cheaper route.
