GoHighLevel Migrations

GoHighLevel migration services that keep your data, history and sanity intact

Moving a live business into GoHighLevel is a data engineering project, not a CSV upload. We map every field, preserve history, rebuild automations deliberately and, when you keep your booking or clinical system, build the sync that keeps both sides honest.

Four coworkers gathered around a laptop reviewing a CRM migration plan
What a GoHighLevel migration involves: auditing your source system, mapping contacts, tags, custom fields, notes, appointments and pipeline stages to GHL equivalents, deduplicating records, migrating in staged batches with validation, rebuilding automations one at a time, and optionally running a two-way sync so systems like Zenoti remain the operational source of truth while GHL runs marketing.

Source system audit

We inventory every object, field and automation in your current platform and flag what GHL supports natively, what needs a custom field or object, and what should be retired.

Field and pipeline mapping

A written mapping document you approve before any data moves. Tags, custom values, opportunity stages and consent flags are all accounted for.

Staged, validated data loads

Records move in batches with row counts, spot checks and rollback points. Duplicates are resolved by rule, not by hand.

Automation rebuild

Follow-up sequences, appointment reminders and review requests are rebuilt in GHL workflows and tested with real records before going live.

Two-way sync (when you keep your source system)

For Zenoti, Boulevard, Mindbody or EMR platforms that must stay in place, we build webhook and API syncs so bookings, clients and status changes flow both ways.

Cutover and support

A cutover plan with a dark-launch period, team training, and a support window after go-live.

How we deliver it

Discovery and access

We review your current system, exports and integrations and agree on what success looks like.

Mapping document

You approve field-by-field mapping, dedupe rules and what history comes across.

Pilot batch

A subset of records is migrated and validated with your team before the full load.

Full migration and automation rebuild

Remaining data moves in stages while workflows are rebuilt and tested.

Cutover

Sync goes live or the old system is retired. Training and documentation are delivered.

Questions we get about this service

Can we migrate from Zenoti to GoHighLevel?

Yes. Zenoti stays the operational system for booking and point of sale in most cases, and GoHighLevel takes over marketing, follow-up and pipelines. We design a two-way sync so client records, appointments and status changes stay consistent. Our largest engagement of this type covered a 7-brand, 14-location med spa group.

Will we lose our contact history or notes?

Not if the migration is planned. Notes, appointment history and tags are mapped explicitly. Where GHL has no direct equivalent, we use custom fields or custom objects and document the choice.

How long does a GoHighLevel migration take?

A single-location business with one source system typically takes two to four weeks. Multi-location groups with two-way sync run six to twelve weeks and are delivered by milestone.

Can you migrate from HubSpot, Keap, ActiveCampaign or Mindbody?

Yes. The process is the same: audit, mapping, staged loads, automation rebuild. Each platform has quirks in how it exports history and consent, and we account for those in the mapping document.

Do you handle SMS and email consent during migration?

Yes. Consent status is one of the first fields we map. Contacts without documented consent are tagged so your team is not exposed to compliance problems after cutover.
