Our slogan is a promise about scope: the parts of your business that are not the craft itself, the answering, following up, scheduling and billing, should run without you. Yotomations was built around a simple observation: most GoHighLevel projects do not fail on marketing ideas. They fail on data, integrations and follow-through. So we staffed for those.
What we believe
Physical service businesses are robot-proof. Nobody is going to replace the roofer, the injector or the clinician with software. But the businesses that use software to answer faster, follow up longer and bill cleaner will take share from the ones that do not. Our job is to be the engineering team those businesses could never justify hiring full time.
Scope should be written down. Every project has a written scope, milestone pricing and change-control language. It protects you and it protects us, and it means the proposal reflects what was actually said on the call rather than a template.
Own what you pay for. Integrations are delivered in your accounts, your repositories and your instances. If we disappeared tomorrow, your systems would keep running and the next engineer would find documentation.
