Questions about this package

How is this different from the Voice AI callback add-on?

The Voice AI callback ($950 with a Speed to Lead Sprint) makes one kind of call: it phones new leads back within minutes, qualifies them and books. It is the call in our live demo. The AI Front Desk answers your inbound calls too, after hours and at lunch, transfers to staff, answers SMS and web chat from the same knowledge base, and we review and tune it every month.

Will callers know they are talking to AI?

We set the agent to introduce itself as a virtual assistant by default, and we recommend keeping it that way. Most callers care about getting answered and booked quickly.

What happens when the agent does not know an answer?

It tells the caller someone will follow up, takes the details and alerts your team right away. Every miss is reviewed in the monthly tuning and added to what the agent knows.

What do voice minutes cost?

They are billed at cost by the provider, typically 10 to 25 cents a minute depending on the voice and model. Usage is shown in the monthly report.

Why is there a three month minimum?

The first month is where most of the tuning happens. Three months gives the agent enough real calls to settle; after that you can cancel any month.

Care Plan, Operations Partner or AI Front Desk: which monthly plan do I need?

They do different jobs. The GHL Care Plan ($349 to $1,195 a month, no minimum) keeps a working account healthy: monitoring, monthly checks and a set number of small changes. The GHL Operations Partner ($3,500 a month) adds a named lead and one sprint-sized build every month, for teams that keep building, and already includes everything in the Care Plan. The AI Front Desk management fee ($1,500 a month) covers only the voice agent: reviewing its calls, fixing wrong answers and keeping prices and promotions current. The Operations Partner and the AI Front Desk have a three month minimum because the first months are build and tuning time; the Care Plan has none.
