Does this replace Yelp's own inbox?

You can still use it, but you will not need to. Every message appears in GoHighLevel and every reply from GoHighLevel appears on Yelp.

Can the AI book a job without a person involved?

Yes, for logistics: it answers the standard questions, collects the phone number and books an available slot. Price negotiations and complaints always go to a person.

Do I have to advertise on Yelp to use it?

You need an active Yelp business account that receives leads. Most clients are advertisers, which is where the volume comes from, but it is not a requirement.

Can you also manage our Yelp Ads?

Yes. The managed option adds full Yelp account management, campaign optimization and reporting on top of the integration, for a setup fee of up to $350 and 10% of the monthly ad budget instead of the $97 monthly fee. On qualifying ad budgets or commitment terms the setup fee drops to $0, so you start with nothing down and pay only the 10%. Contact us for details.
