Questions we get about this service
Does Yelp integrate with GoHighLevel natively?
No. GoHighLevel has no built-in Yelp channel. A Zapier connection creates a contact but the conversation never reaches the GHL inbox and the lead usually arrives without a phone number. Our integration delivers the conversation itself into GoHighLevel and routes replies back to Yelp.
Can the AI really book the appointment?
Yes. The agent replies on Yelp, asks the qualifying questions you choose, captures the phone number and books the slot on your GoHighLevel calendar, then hands off to a person on request or whenever a question falls outside its script. You see every exchange in the GHL conversation.
Who can use the integration?
Yelp advertisers who run, or want to run, GoHighLevel. We provide it as part of our Yelp Advertising Partner engagements and can also set it up for businesses that manage their own Yelp campaigns.
How is it priced?
Two options. Integration only: $247 setup and $97 a month per location, bought directly from the package page. Managed: we run the Yelp Ads account as well (campaign optimization, budget pacing, review responses, lead disputes, monthly report) for a setup fee of up to $350 and 10% of the monthly ad budget, which replaces the monthly integration fee. On qualifying ad budgets or commitment terms the setup fee drops to $0, so you start with nothing down and pay only the 10%. Contact us for details. Never hourly.
Will moving my Yelp Ads under Yotomations take away my ad credits?
No. Moving an account under a Yelp Advertising Partner does not remove credits you have been granted. We confirm this in writing before any move.
