A phased move to GoHighLevel for groups with five or more locations and legacy systems such as Zenoti or an EMR, with the cutover planned location by location.
Multi-location groups and franchises, often med spa, clinic, fitness and home service brands, with five or more locations, tens of thousands of contacts and a legacy platform such as Zenoti, Mindbody, Boulevard, an EMR or a custom CRM. You need to move without losing history, bookings or a day of revenue at any location.
What you get
Paid discovery: a data audit of every source system, a field by field mapping document and a fixed quote for the full project, covered by the deposit
Account architecture: agency and sub-account structure, a shared snapshot, and user roles and permissions per location
Migration of contacts, history, notes, tags, memberships and open appointments per location, validated with record counts and spot checks you sign off
Custom integrations where data has to keep flowing, such as EMR or booking platform webhooks into GoHighLevel
Phased cutover: a pilot location first, then the rest in waves, each with a rollback plan
Phone numbers, A2P registration and calendars set up for each location
Staff training for each location, recorded, plus written SOPs by role
30 days of hypercare after the last location goes live, with same day response
What is not included
GoHighLevel subscriptions, phone numbers, carrier fees and usage, billed by GoHighLevel
Fees your current vendor charges to export your data
Data your current platform will not export; discovery tells you exactly what can and cannot move
Website and funnel rebuilds for each location, quoted separately
Ongoing management after hypercare (see the GHL Operations Partner)
Access to every source system, a data audit, the mapping document and a fixed quote with milestones.
Build and pilot
Architecture and integrations built, then one pilot location migrated and run for a week before anyone else moves.
Waves
The remaining locations cut over in planned waves, each with its own sign-off and rollback plan.
Hypercare, 30 days
Same day response while every location settles, then a handoff with documentation.
Questions about this package
What does the deposit get us if we decide not to go ahead?
The data audit and the mapping document are yours either way, and many teams use them to plan internally. If the project goes ahead, the deposit is credited in full.
Can you migrate from Zenoti?
Yes. We have moved a med spa from Zenoti to GoHighLevel, and the case study covers what moved and what did not. The export limits and workarounds are the same at larger scale; there is simply more of it.
Will any location have downtime?
The plan is none. Each location keeps running on the old system until its cutover day, and cutovers are scheduled around your quietest hours.
How is the final price set?
From discovery: the number of locations, records, systems and integrations. It is a fixed quote with milestones, never hourly.
Which migration package fits my business?
It depends on size. One location with up to 2,500 contacts moving to GoHighLevel for the first time is the New to GoHighLevel Migration ($997). A bigger list, a second location, or a two-way sync with a system you keep (such as Zenoti or an EMR) is a custom migration, quoted from $3,500. Five or more locations is the Multi-Location Platform Migration (from $18,000). If you want speed to lead, reminders, reactivation and reporting built at the same time as the move, the Revenue Engine Build includes the migration.
