What our own system does
Inbound opportunities from job marketplaces, our website, Yelp and referrals are scored against the services we actually offer, filed as contacts and opportunities in GoHighLevel with the source recorded, and a first response is drafted for a human to review and send. Follow-up sequences run by stage. Discovery calls are transcribed, and the transcripts feed the written scope. It is the same speed-to-lead, pipeline and follow-up pattern we build for a roofing company or a clinic, pointed at ourselves.
