Yelp advertising management for a roofing contractor
A roofing company advertising every month on Yelp needed someone to manage the campaign, plan the spend, and step in when a suspicious review threatened the profile they had built.
The contractor was already an active monthly Yelp advertiser with a strong profile and a real dependence on the platform for inbound jobs. They needed ongoing management that treated the budget as their money, and a plan for whether and when to expand spend.
What we do each month
Campaign structure, category and keyword controls, service area targeting and budget pacing are reviewed and adjusted. Profile elements that affect conversion, such as photos, specialties and response time, are maintained. Reporting covers spend, leads and cost per lead in a format the owner reads in minutes. Because results have been consistent, the account is a candidate for increased spend, and the decision is made from the numbers rather than from Yelp's sales team.
When a review looked wrong
A one-star review appeared from someone with no record of being a customer. The client believed a competitor was behind a pattern of fake reviews across platforms, and had resolved the issue on the others. Yelp denied the initial report. We prepared the evidence and escalated the case through Yelp's process rather than letting the review stand unchallenged. Protecting review integrity is part of managing a profile the business depends on.
Why it matters
For home services, Yelp spend only works when the profile, the campaign and the response process are managed together. This engagement is what that looks like in practice.

At 10% of monthly ad spend with a $100 minimum, the same model we use for every Yelp client. There is no hourly billing.
Can you remove fake Yelp reviews?
Nobody can guarantee removal. We document the evidence and escalate through Yelp's process, which is the only legitimate path. We never solicit or write reviews.

Conversation-based billing between GoHighLevel and Stripe
A client needed to bill customers based on the conversations handled in GoHighLevel, not a flat subscription. Native GHL payments could not meter usage, so we designed a phased middleware system that could.
