Review Voice AI Call Logs and Transcripts Every Week

Read the transcripts in your Voice AI call logs each week to catch wrong answers, unanswered questions and gaps in your agent's prompt before callers hang up on them.

Every call your Voice AI agent takes is logged. Open the call logs and you can read the transcript of the conversation, so you see exactly what the agent said and how the caller reacted.

This matters because a Voice AI agent only knows what you told it. Reading a handful of transcripts shows you the questions it could not answer, the moments callers got confused, and any answer that was wrong. Each one points to a specific fix: add a line to the prompt, add the answer to the knowledge base, or tighten a guardrail. Callers will not tell you the agent let them down. They just hang up.

Make it a habit. Block fifteen minutes once a week, read five to ten calls, and write down every miss. Fix the prompt, then place a test call to confirm the change worked. One caveat: your own test calls show up in the same logs, so separate them from real callers before you judge how the agent is doing. Voice AI is a HighLevel add-on, billed separately from your base plan, so check that it is active on the sub-account first. If you record or transcribe calls, follow the disclosure rules for your area.

How to use it

  1. Go to AI Agents > Voice AI in the sub-account
  2. Open the Call Logs tab and pick a recent call
  3. Read the transcript and note any wrong or missing answers
  4. Update the agent prompt or knowledge base to fix each miss
  5. Place a test call to confirm the agent now answers correctly

Turn On Wallet Auto Recharge So Client Texts Never Stop

Auto Recharge refills a sub-account's wallet when the balance runs low, so reminders, follow-ups and missed call texts don't silently fail.

Use the Assign To User Action So Every New Lead Has an Owner

Add the Assign To User action to your lead workflow so each new contact has a named owner before anyone opens the record, and nobody assumes a lead is someone else's.

Use the If/Else Action to Send Each Lead Down the Right Path

The If/Else action splits one workflow into branches by tag, field or other contact data, so you stop building a separate workflow for every case.
