The Problem
When a sub-account wallet hits zero, every text and reminder fails silently. Here is the GoHighLevel setting that fixes it automatically.
Finding the Setting
Open the sub-account, go to Settings then Billing, and find the Wallet section. Turn on Auto Recharge there.
Two Details
Set the balance threshold high enough to cover a busy day, then set the recharge amount. Confirm the card on file is valid so the charge never gets declined.
