Zenoti to GoHighLevel migration: a practical guide for med spas
Most med spas should keep Zenoti for operations and add GoHighLevel for marketing. Here is how to do it without breaking either.
Learn moreYour leads land in Jobber, so nothing in GoHighLevel can start until Jobber tells it. The three ways to connect them and when each makes sense, including JobNimbus and Housecall Pro.
Short answer: GoHighLevel and Jobber have no native integration. Connect them one of three ways. Zapier for simple one-way events at low volume, accepting that it cannot do two-way sync and struggles when a lead has no email. n8n or Node middleware for two-way sync with client matching by phone, deduplication and retries, where you own the instance and the cost stays flat. A custom GoHighLevel marketplace app when you are an agency deploying the same integration across many sub-accounts. The same three options apply to JobNimbus, Housecall Pro, Workiz and ServiceTitan.
Field service businesses keep Jobber for what it does well: quotes, job scheduling, crew routing on a map, invoicing. GoHighLevel has no map view and books exact times rather than arrival windows, so it is the wrong tool for dispatch. It is the right tool for what Jobber does badly: instant lead response, follow-up until the quote is won or lost, reviews and reactivation. So the question is not which one, it is how they talk.
One agency client put it plainly: the automations cannot even start until the Jobber integration exists, because new leads go into Jobber and Jobber has to notify GHL. There are two answers. Preferred: capture leads in GoHighLevel first, follow up there, and push to Jobber when a job is booked. Alternative: keep Jobber as the front door and use its webhooks to create the contact and start follow-up in GHL. Either way the integration is phase one, not phase three.
Good for: new GHL opportunity creates Jobber client and request; Jobber job completed adds a GHL tag for a review request. Bad for: two-way status sync, clients without email (Jobber's find-or-create needs one), reschedules and cancellations, and anything over a few hundred tasks a month, where the cost climbs. If it works for your volume, keep it.
Middleware receives webhooks from both sides, matches clients by phone or email, creates or updates records in the other system, and stores every event with an idempotency key so retried webhooks do not double up. Reschedules and cancellations flow both ways. It runs on an instance you own for a flat cost. This is what we build for most single businesses, and it is the same pattern we use for Zenoti and clinic EMRs.
If you are an agency with ten or fifty sub-accounts that all need Jobber connected, a marketplace app installs the integration per sub-account with OAuth, no per-client Zapier or n8n setup. It is more work up front and pays back at scale.
A junk removal client's biggest bottleneck was routing: the AI booked jobs two hours apart across Houston. With the Jobber sync in place, the booking agent can check tomorrow's route before offering a slot. That is a middleware feature, not a Zapier one.

Yes, through the APIs on both sides. There is no native connector, so you use Zapier for simple one-way triggers, n8n or Node middleware for two-way sync, or a custom GoHighLevel marketplace app when many sub-accounts need the same integration.
GoHighLevel first. Capture and follow up in GHL, then create the client and request in Jobber once the lead is qualified or booked. If leads must enter Jobber first, a webhook from Jobber into GHL starts the follow-up.
Yes. JobNimbus and Housecall Pro both expose APIs and webhooks. Field names differ and each has quirks, such as required emails or how appointments are represented, but the architecture is identical.
The most common reason is Jobber requiring an email to find or create a client while many leads arrive with only a phone number. Middleware can search by phone, create a placeholder and update later; Zapier's standard steps cannot.
