GoHighLevel Priority and Premium Support: what you get and who needs it

Standard support answers platform questions. Paid support answers them faster and on a call. Neither one fixes your workflows. Here is how to decide what you actually need.

Short answer: GoHighLevel's standard support is included with every plan and handles platform questions through chat and tickets. Priority and Premium Support are paid add-ons that get you answered faster and, at the Premium level, on live screen-share sessions with HighLevel's team. They are worth it for agencies and multi-location groups that touch the platform daily. They are not a substitute for someone who knows your account. You can see the current Priority and Premium Support options on HighLevel's site.

What you get for free

Every account has 24/7 chat and ticket support, a large help center, an active community and an ideas board where features are voted on. For a question like "why does this trigger not fire on a pipeline stage change" the free channel is fine, and the answer is often already in the help center. Response times vary with load, and the person answering does not know your business or your build.

What Priority and Premium add

Priority Support moves your tickets up the queue and shortens response times. Premium Support goes further with scheduled live sessions where someone from HighLevel shares your screen and works through the problem with you, plus a closer relationship over time. HighLevel adjusts what each tier includes and what it costs, so rather than quote numbers that go stale, we link to the source. Both are billed monthly and can be cancelled.

Who should buy it

  • Agencies with many client accounts. When 40 sub-accounts depend on you, a platform bug at 9am is a client emergency. Faster tickets and a live session pay for themselves the first time.
  • Multi-location groups with an in-house operator. If one person on your team owns the account, Premium Support is a good way to get them unstuck without hiring a consultant for every question.
  • Agencies in SaaS mode. Your clients are paying you for software. You need a fast line to the people who make it.

Who should not

A single business with a stable build and no one on staff who works in the account daily. If the build was done properly and documented, weeks go by without touching it, and when something does break it is almost never a platform bug. It is a lead source that changed its form, an A2P campaign that lapsed, a calendar someone edited, a workflow that was copied and left on. Support cannot see those. Someone who knows your account can.

Platform support and account care are different things

QuestionHighLevel supportPartner care plan
How does this feature work?YesYes
Is this a bug?YesWe confirm and open the ticket
Why did leads stop getting texts this week?Only if it is a platform outageYes, we check deliverability, A2P and lead sources monthly
Can you rebuild my reminders so they cancel on reschedule?NoYes, changes are included
What should we automate next?NoYes, that is the monthly review

Our GHL Care Plan is the second column: monthly monitoring, changes included, and someone to call who has seen your account before. Agencies often hold both, HighLevel's paid support for the platform and a partner for the builds. Single businesses almost always need the second one only.

Frequently asked

What does standard GoHighLevel support include?

Live chat and ticket support around the clock, the help center, the community and the ideas board. It covers platform questions: how a feature works, whether something is a bug, what a setting does.

What is the difference between Priority and Premium Support?

Both are paid add-ons. Priority shortens response times and moves you up the queue. Premium adds live, scheduled screen-share sessions with HighLevel's team and a more hands-on relationship. Current inclusions and pricing are listed on HighLevel's premium support page.

Will HighLevel support fix my workflows?

They will tell you how the workflow features work and confirm whether something is a bug. They will not design or rebuild your automation. For that you need someone who knows your business, which is what our care plan provides.

Do I need paid support if I have a Yotomations care plan?

Usually not. The care plan covers your account and your processes, and when something is a platform bug we open the ticket and chase it. Agencies running many sub-accounts sometimes hold both.
