It is a subscription with defined deliverables, not a retainer for hours. You know what is included, and you can cancel any month.

What counts as a change request?

Anything scoped to about two hours: a new workflow, a copy change across a sequence, a new calendar, a report, a new form. Larger work is quoted as a sprint.

Do I need this after a sprint?

No. Everything we build runs on its own. The plan is for owners who want monitoring and someone to call, and who would rather not think about GoHighLevel release notes.
